We can do local deliveries to Nottingham based address's but otherwise it would be collection. We can arrange for an out of town delivery but this will have to be costed up seperatly, so please contact us before you order.
Planning Collection
When we plan our deliveries at Furniture Boulevard our main focus is to satisfy our customers and work around their schedule.
To make it easier for you, on your Collection day we will give you a morning or afternoon slot to choose from.
The Warehouse/Shop will also remind you about the collection Via message the same day.
We respect your time and we ask you to do the same with ours, that’s why we ask you to be punctual for the time of the collection.
If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your collection date and avoid any additional costs for you.

Collection timescale
Normal collection times are 8am - 7pm on working days. However occasionally we will be able to offer weekend collection dates.
Please ensure you supply the correct contact details as the buyer will be notified of a collection date either by text message or a call.
If the goods you ordered are in stock, we aim to have the item ready for collection as quickly as possible usually within 2-4 working weeks.
Normally collection is within 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
Please note some items may be ready for collection, slightly sooner or later than the above stated period, due to Covid 19.
If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be ready for collection at the same time once all items are available.
Usually we contact our customers within 1-3 days before the delivery date and inform them about the collection time slot.
If it is not suitable for you, you can decline the time slot and we will rearrange delivery within 1-10 working days.
On the Day of the Collection
When a collection date has been agreed with us, the customer whom ordered the item must come collect the item with their Identification (I.D.)

Acceptance of the products
Other than where the buyer acts as a consumer the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products 5 working days after delivery to the buyer.
After acceptance the buyer shall not be entitled to reject products which are not in accordance with the contract.
