Delivery Information:
All Goods are delivered to the building, House or Flat by a 2man delivery team. The team will trasnport and install, all of the item/s into the room destination of your Choice!
The delivery team will un-wrap and remove all the packaging whilst installing the item/s and make sure everything is set up correctly. You the customer are be responsable for the disposal of packging/rubbish.
All transportation of your goods upstairs and through out the house/flat, will have to have all the pathways clear in which they will carry the item up/through for safety reasons.
Rural Parts and Hard to reach areas
Please note that if you require delivery to one of our hard to reach area, there will be additional delivery surcharges. The areas are Rural parts of england, Rural parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland. If you are in any of the hard to reach areas, please contact us further for a quote.
Planning your delivery
When we plan our deliveries at Furniture Boulevard our main focus is to satisfy our customers and work around their schedule.
To make it easier for you, on your delivery day we will give you a morning or afternoon slot to choose from.
The driver will also inform you about the delivery 30 minutes prior to it.
We respect your time and we ask you to do the same with ours, that’s why we ask you to be home for the time of the delivery.
If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your delivery date and avoid any additional costs for you.

Delivery timescale
Normal delivery times are 8am - 8pm on working days. However occasionally we will be 6able to offer weekend delivery dates.
Please ensure you supply the correct contact details as the buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by text message or a call.
If the goods you ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible usually within 1-10 working days.
Normally delivery is within 1 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period (up to 10 weeks).
If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day
and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
Usually we contact our customers within 1-3 days before the delivery date and inform them about the delivery time slot.
If it is not suitable for you, you can decline the time slot and we will rearrange delivery within 1-10 working days.
On the Day of the Delivery
When a delivery date has been agreed with our courier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery,
we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery.

Acceptance of the products
Other than where the buyer acts as a consumer the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products 5 working days after delivery to the buyer.
After acceptance the buyer shall not be entitled to reject products which are not in accordance with the contract.
